Short Biography
Prof.Dr. Ngoc Thanh Nguyen is a State Professor of Poland (appointed in 2009) and of Vietnam (appointed in 2011). With over 450 international research publications, 52 specialized books, and 2 European patents, he has made a significant mark in the fields of artificial intelligence and computational systems. As Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editor of several prestigious scientific journals such as IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, he is not only an outstanding scientist recognized by ACM but also serves as an academic bridge between continents.
He has chaired more than 40 international conferences, lectured at numerous leading universities worldwide, and acted as an advisor for major EU research programs including Marie Curie, FET, and EUREKA. Due to his sustained contributions and global influence, Prof. Thanh has been consistently listed among the Top 2% most influential scientists in the world by Elsevier and Stanford since 2019.
Currently, he is the Chair of the IEEE SMC Technical Committee on Collective Computational Intelligence and a member of the Informatics Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Prof.Dr. Gayo Diallo

Short Biography
Gayo Diallo is a Full Professor of Computer Science and Digital Health at the Bordeaux Public Health School of the University of Bordeaux. He serves as the co-director of the Assessing Health in a Digitalizing Real-World Setting (AHeaD) research group of the Bordeaux Population Health Lab. Dr. Diallo is an affiliated member of the Connected Minds Program at York University in Canada and was a Visiting Professor at the University of Minnesota, USA, in 2022. His expertise lies in applying symbolic AI approaches and semantic technologies to healthcare and ICT for development (ICT4D), with applications such as drug discovery and disease trajectory prediction, focusing especially on low- and middle-income countries.
He has published more than 115 peer-reviewed articles in leading journals (Information Fusion, JMIR, IEEE/ACM TCBB, Scientific Reports, etc.) and holds several patents. Dr. Diallo has also participated in numerous high-level international panels and conferences on AI education and digital innovation. In 2024, he served as an AI expert for the “Training of international-level human resources to serve the Ho Chi Minh City Smart City Master Plan (FONIVILLI)” project under the Asia-Pacific branch of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie. He is also a Board Member of the French Society for Artificial Intelligence (AFIA), leading the industrial sector thematic group.

Michael Sheng is a Distinguished Professor and Head of the School of Computing at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. Prior to joining Macquarie University, he spent 10 years at the School of Computer Science at the University of Adelaide. His research interests include Internet of Things (IoT), service computing, big data analytics, machine learning, and Web technologies. He is ranked by Microsoft Academic as one of the Most Impactful Authors in Services Computing (Top 5 All Time) and by ScholarGPS as one of the Highly Ranked Scholars in Web Information Systems (Top 5 Lifetime). Michael Sheng has received multiple prestigious awards such as the AMiner Most Influential Scholar in IoT (2018), ARC (Australian Research Council) Future Fellowship (2014), Chris Wallace Award for Outstanding Research Contribution (2012), and Microsoft Research Fellowship (2003). He serves as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of the IEEE Technical Community on Services Computing (IEEE TCSVC) and is a member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS) Technical Advisory Board on IoT.
Prof.Dr. Andrzej Kucharski

Short Biography
Prof.Dr. Andrzej Kucharski was born in Wrocław. He earned his M.Sc, Ph.D., and D.Sc. (habilitation) degrees in electrical engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology (WUST) in 1988, 1994, and 2001, respectively. He is currently a full professor and head of the Department of Antenna Theory and Computational Electromagnetism in the Department of Telecommunications and Teleinformatics at WUST. His current research interests include numerical methods in computational electromagnetism with applications to antennas, microwave devices, and electromagnetic compatibility. From 2016 to 2020, he served as WUST’s Vice-Rector for Industrial Cooperation and Informatization. Since 2021, he has been Dean of the newly established Faculty of ICT at WUST

Professor Edward Palmer is the Director of the Unit of Digital Education and Training in the School of Education at the University of Adelaide, where he is Acting Deputy Head of School. Edward’s research is concerned with technology in education, training and the assessment of learning. His work traverses a range of themes, currently focusing on the use of virtual and extended realities for situational awareness and training and the impact of Artificial Intelligence on assessment. he is particularly interested in story driven, personalised approaches to learning. Edward engages in research with colleagues in industry, and has been funded over three million dollars from partners including the federal government, training organisations and defence. His work has been used in commercial ventures for pharmaceutical companies and online assessment businesses. He has been successfully involved in tenders, competitive research and innovation grants and internal funding.
